MEDWAY MASTERS GALA 2009 ENTRIES FORMS

Instructions for downloading entries files

1) The entry files are contained in a self-extracting zip file.

2) Click the link on the Masters page to begin download.

3) When told that "You have chosen to open... save this file?" - click SAVE FILE

4) Save the 08masters entries.exe file to a location that you will be able to find again. Click SAVE to begin download.

Instructions for extracting files

1) After download locate the Masters 2009.exe file.

2) Double-click on the Masters 2009.exe file.

3) In the Unzip to folder: option box type C:\ then click UNZIP, click OK and then click CLOSE.

Instructions for making entries files

1) Locate and open the folder Masters 2009.

2) Double click the SPORTSYS Entry.EXE file.

3) You should see a message box saying "Generic file set detected - Do you want to configure for your Club/Organisation?" Click YES and either scroll to, or begin typing in your Club name. Then click CONFIGURE ENTRY SET.

4) If you do not see the above message on the first time of running the SPORTSYS Entry.EXE file you may have a set up error. Contact the webmaster for guidance.

5) Instructions on how to set up the entries files can be found in the file SSEntryug.chm in the Masters 2009 folder.

6) IMPORTANT read these specific instructions for relay team entries.

Sending Entries

Once your entry forms are completed they can be returned as email attachments to helen.macaulay@medwayswimming.org.

Only the entries forms, which begin with the prefix MM09... are required for entry. For any questions concerning entries contact Helen Macaulay at helen.macaulay@medwayswimming.org.
